We service your generator biannually to top off your fuel and visually check for any abnormalities. This way, your business is properly prepared with fresh, adequate fuel in case of emergency or any unplanned events. 

If your business has recognized the need for a backup generator, then you should know that maintaining fuel quality is just as important as owning your generator, along with maintaining proper fuel levels. Most generator failures are unfortunately attributed to fuel related issues. In fact, 70% of all generator failures are caused by contaminated fuel. This is why we have created the ProFuel Program; an expert-led generator fuel maintenance program where we will provide you with quality fuel maintenance, testing, and treatment. As part of the program, we will visually inspect for irregularities to reduce the chance of generator failure while fueling biannually. Yearly testing includes checking your tank for water and adding algaecide while on site along with pulling samples for lab testing to analyze fuel for contaminants. We can also order additional testing at any time upon request. 

Being a ProFuel Member also provides you with priority fuel supply and delivery during power outages, storms or any unplanned events . Being without fuel during an emergency can make for a very alarming situation. Without a generator maintenance program you run the risk of a contaminated fuel related failure or even worse, limited fuel availability when you need it most! If your generator’s onboard fuel tank allows, you will be added to our cellular fuel level monitoring program allowing us to monitor your fuel levels 24/7/365. This will allow the detection of sudden decreases in fuel levels in real time, so that we may dispatch fuel to your location automatically.

We provide dedicated fuel storage services for data centers, hospitals, and other essential operations where fuel availability during even the most extreme circumstances is critical. We offer dedicated tank rentals so that you can benefit from additional fuel capacity during major outages. For an additional fee, we will keep a dedicated tank at your facility for your company to use at any time. This additional fuel capacity can extend your generator run-time and be used to fuel company and employee vehicles during retail fuel shortages caused by allocations, flooding, evacuations, or other events affecting fuel supply. All tanks will be monitored in real time ensuring proper levels while in use.
